Agreement to these terms

By using the SnagTabs website, Discord community, or Chrome extension (together, "SnagTabs"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use SnagTabs.

What SnagTabs is

SnagTabs is a restock-alert companion. It listens for restock and queue signals and, for Snag+ members, opens a browser tab to the matching retailer product page. SnagTabs never automates checkout, never adds items to a cart, never enters payment information, and never places an order on your behalf. Whether and how you purchase anything is entirely up to you, on the retailer's own site.

Eligibility

SnagTabs is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use it. If local law where you live requires an older minimum age to use a service like this, that higher age applies to you instead.

Your account

SnagTabs uses Discord OAuth for sign-in — there's no separate SnagTabs password. You're responsible for anything that happens through your Discord account's access to SnagTabs. Let us know at SnagTabs@gmail.com if you believe your access has been compromised.

Snag+ subscriptions

Snag+ is a paid membership tier billed through Whop, our third-party payment processor. SnagTabs does not receive, process, or store your card number or other payment details — see our Privacy Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; a cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. No guarantee of alerts or stock

Restock signals come from monitoring sources and can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or wrong. Retailer stock, pricing, and availability change constantly and are entirely outside SnagTabs' control — an alert firing is not a guarantee that an item is actually available, in stock, or purchasable at the price shown by the time you reach the retailer's page. Always verify on the retailer's own site before buying.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SnagTabs to violate any retailer's own terms of service, or to attempt to circumvent a retailer's security, bot-detection, or purchase-limit systems.
• Resell, share, or sublicense your SnagTabs access to someone else.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension except as permitted by open-source licenses (if any) that apply to specific components.
• Use SnagTabs in any way that disrupts our infrastructure, our Discord community, or other users' access to the service.

Your use of any retailer's website — including Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, and Pokemon Center — is governed by that retailer's own terms, which are between you and them. SnagTabs is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for a retailer's decisions about your account, orders, or access.

Not affiliated with any retailer

SnagTabs is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, Pokemon Center, Discord, or any other retailer or brand referenced on this site. All trademarks, product names, and logos belong to their respective owners.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SnagTabs at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms, disrupts the service, or otherwise creates risk or legal exposure for SnagTabs or other users. You can stop using SnagTabs at any time by signing out and, if applicable, cancelling your Snag+ subscription.

Disclaimer of warranties

SnagTabs is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We don't guarantee SnagTabs will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any alert will be timely or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnagTabs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, SnagTabs — including a missed restock, a failed purchase, or any action taken by a retailer against your account. Our total liability for any claim relating to SnagTabs is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use SnagTabs after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnagTabs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
