Before a drop
- Confirm your membership is active and you're signed in.
- The Sam's Club app tends to handle high-traffic checkout better than the desktop site — have it installed and signed in ahead of time.
During checkout
- Add to cart immediately and move straight through checkout — don't linger on the product page.
- Per-account purchase limits apply on high-demand items; check the product page for the actual current limit.
If the app and desktop site show different availability for the same item, trust whichever one lets you actually add it to cart — inventory can be inconsistent between the two for a few minutes during a restock.
